The truth behind water certification tests (for point of use water systems)
Ever wonder how some brands of water filters, have so many certifications – from Malaysia, Taiwan, Hongkong, Japan, IBW, etc?
All tests are conducted using brand new filters, to test if they can reduce or remove the contaminants. Of course all brand new filters work – but what about when you have used them till near their replacement date? Are they still safe?
Most water systems use a time based gauge – meaning you have to replace your filters at 6 or 12 month intervals. But…does not take into account your water quality (some houses have a point of entry filter, so their water quality is much better), the family size or how much water you actually pass through the filter.
Nature Pure has 2 clinical tests done:-
a) on a 70 day incubation – meaning viruses and cysts are pumped in first, then left unused for 70 days and water pumped in again to test if any can pass through.
b) on a last drop test – meaning the flow rate reduces from 4 litres a minute down to a last drop when no more water can come out, usually after purifying 4,000 litres.
Because the Nature Pure Purifier can REMOVE 99.99999% of all contaminants till the last drop, the Environmental Protection Agency EPA has given a rating as Micro-Biological Purifier passing the 99.75% test.
The Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) approves Nature Pure Purifier to be the only water system on board all Commercial aircraft.
So on your next flight, enjoy the purified water served on board every airline. And if it’s good enough to serve 400 passengers on long haul with 8 toilets, it's good enough to be serving you and your family for the next 10 years!.
